What kind of server style are you hoping for? If possible,  I believe a server with both a creative and survival world would please many. Just no more than two worlds.
Who do you want as admin(s) if ranks return? Anyone who has had the experience and has time to do the job right. Adum is a great admin and I would like to see him return to that position.
Who do you want for mod's? I believe a new bunch of mods would be good as long as they are trustworthy. We should start off with some of the old moderators and as the server starts growing, adding more new mods. As long as these moderators are qualified, trained, and have a good brain in their head, I would like to see them as a moderator. 
Would PR be your main server again or would it come down to how ro4ch runs it before you decide? I would like to say PR would be my main server, but it really depends on how it is run, who it is run by, and who actually plays on it.

I'd love to see the group back together and I hope this will happen soon :)

Wow..well I was not aware of this. I knew it might be happening soon, but I never thought this soon.

 Its been lots of fun everyone. Thanks a lot for having me as your admin, even if it was short lived. I will miss all of you whom I wont be able to connect with. Project Rooster has been a very big part of my life for the last year. With moving away from all my friends and having to start over, it was nice to know I always had a family who cared about me here. Thank you so much everyone. I hope we can connect other ways. I wish you all the best in life now and in the future. You are all very special people with great talents, whether it be building, redstone, or just being an awesome person in general. Dont ever loose your special qualities. Best of luck to all of you.

Okay, this is what I was talking about. If you really want monuments for your countries, go ahead and build them. If ANY of them are disrespectful to ANYONE, they will be removed. We dont need arguments on this topic. You have the freedom to build whatever you want as long as you arent disrespecting anyone.

In other countries it goes day/month/year....
Anyways, two passenger planes crashed into the world trade center aka the twin towers in NY on September 9, 2001. Most people wont personally remember it since it was 11 years ago.
All in all, it was a terrible event and many lost their lives. Adam, I say go ahead, just dont build it too close to spawn in case some people are offended. I dont know how they would be, but sometimes people on the internet are weird.

Unfortunately yes, this would be ton of work. You can not simply cut off or out something from a gif, so it would basically be like animating it again. I will probably do that anyways sometime soon, and you can use that then, but it will be a bit different then the one in your signature. :)
