I'd want the server to be the same, same admins, everything. I don't think new mods would be very good for a server starting back up again..l think only those who were mod before should be mod for ATLEAST a month, to get the server started, then get new staff so it doesn't start chaotically with multiple mods having to be trained in 1 day.
Good idea, adam. I should have though of that...
A gradual changeover, perhaps? Anyone who was mod before can train our new guys, while the old guys still act as mod until it has been determined that our new guys are capable?
i think only those we need, not replace the whole mod team.
