The builds are looking pretty good - though I assume they are not on the server but on another one?
Your builds should be on PR so the Mods can make sure it is really your builds and not someone elses. We have had people posting builds by other people before.

Apart from that, if you build similar stuff on PR, you should have no problem of getting Builder rank.
